National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA), alongside leading cannabis industry software and service provider MJ Freeway, will host “Cannabusiness Compliance 101,” a 3.5-hour seminar on December 9 in Honolulu, HI dedicated to educating new cannabis professionals in best practices for establishing and growing their businesses.
The seminar will take place from 5:30pm to 9:00pm at The Plaza Club, and feature insights from some of the cannabis industry’s most accomplished leaders including representatives from MJ Freeway, pioneering dispensary Berkeley Patient’s Group & top cultivation technology manufacturer Surna.
The Drug Policy Forum of Hawaii and the Hawaii Dispensary Alliance are partnering with NCIA for this event, and will provide a short update on the local regulatory landscape. Aaron Smith, executive director of NCIA, will also lead a discussion on the latest in responsible, sustainable business practices and the importance of the industry’s continued investment in political advocacy.
