Manndie Tingler is a recognized marketing and sales leader with 12+ years of Business Development and Operations experience. She currently serves as the Chief of Operations for Khemia Manufacturing and previously served as Director of Business Development at Papa & Barkley. Both companies were founded as an alternative to conventional pain and health management, with a mission to unlock the power of cannabis in peoples’ lives. She also currently works as Supplier Relations Manager with Continuum Distribution.

A natural entrepreneur, networker and connector, Manndie was appointed to hold one of the 19 board seats on the National Cannabis Industry Association Board of Directors where she helps advocate for the cannabis industry on a National platform.  She is also President of the Kriya Society, a groundbreaking group of female cannabis executives who advocate for common sense cannabis laws, is President for CannaMommy.Org, which advocates for plants over pills in pain and illness management for mothers at different stages of motherhood, is Vice Chair of The Eden Gathering, a group of cannabis leaders, educators, and healers dedicated to promoting cannabis education through helping the community of Sacramento. Manndie is also an active member of California Growers Association, Golden State Distribution, and California Cannabis Industry Association.

Manndie is a human rights advocate and cannabis lobbyist, meeting with California and National lawmakers to shape the future of cannabis. She is passionate about the medicinal powers of cannabis, and advocates for laws that make sense for all cannabis businesses on local, state, and national platforms. Manndie also provides cannabis education to Adults and Seniors across Northern California through Cannabis THC/CBD 101 seminars she teaches in collaboration with physicians and registered nurses.

Over her career in cannabis, Manndie has founded the Go-To-Market plan for 3 successful manufacturing and distribution companies in Northern California, and represented products with an excellent track record achieving 16 industry award wins, including Best Edibles, Best Topicals, Best Tinctures, and Best Concentrates from industry competitions like Emerald Cup, High Times, and Chalice Cup.

Manndie is the founder and CEO of Silver Leaf Events, an event planning company in Sacramento, specializing in cannabis-friendly experiences and events. She is also one of the Co-Owners of Fenix Logistics in Sacramento and provides support to the Supplier Relations Team at RVR/Alta Distribution in West Sacramento.

Manndie holds a Masters of Science in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from CSU Sacramento, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Non-Profit Business, from CSU Fresno. Prior to her career in cannabis she founded and ran a non-profit counseling agency in Roseville, CA, providing low cost or free mental health counseling services to children and families. Manndie has found the transition into the cannabis industry to be the beautiful culmination of her educational background, professional experience, civil rights activism, and personal passion. She’s certainly found her stride sharing her love for the ‘Power of the Plant’.
