Manndie Tingler is a recognized sales and marketing executive with 13+ years of Business Development and Operations experience. She currently serves as a Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Khemia Manufacturing, a women-owned and founded cannabis brand, and Business Development Director for Natura, a vertically integrated company that helps launch and scale cannabis brands in the most efficient way possible. She is also the owner of Silver Leaf, LLC, a cannabis business development consulting company. Manndie previously served as Director of Business Development at Papa & Barkley and played an integral role in helping to elevate the company to its success during its first 19 months of operation.
As natural entrepreneur, networker, connector, human rights advocate and cannabis lobbyist, Manndie holds one of the 17 seats on the National Cannabis Industry Association, Board of Directors, where she advocates for the cannabis industry on a National platform and is currently focused on topics like the SAFE Banking Act, rescheduling of cannabis, and 280E reform. Manndie is passionate about cannabis education and advocacy and is also a Board Member for CannaMommy, which advocates for the use of plants over pills for mothers at all stages of motherhood. Manndie also provides ongoing cannabis education to Adults and Seniors across Northern California through Cannabis THC/CBD 101 seminars she teaches in collaboration with several nurses and physicians. In 2019, the Lady Jane Society of the Central Valley, recognized Manndie as the “Cannabis Community Leader of the Year” for her dedication to building community in the cannabis industry and her commitment to the empowerment of women in cannabis.
Over her career in cannabis, Manndie has founded the Go-To-Market plan for 5 successful manufacturing and distribution companies in Northern California, and helped to develop and represent products with an excellent track record, achieving 19 industry award wins, including Best Edibles, Best Topicals, Best Tinctures, and Best Concentrates from industry competitions like Emerald Cup, High Times, and Chalice Cup.
Manndie holds a Masters of Science in Counseling from CSU Sacramento, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Non-Profit Business, from CSU Fresno. She is also a single-mother of two. Prior to her career in cannabis she founded and ran a non-profit counseling agency in Roseville, CA, providing low cost or free mental health counseling services to children and families. Manndie has found the transition into the cannabis industry to be the beautiful culmination of her educational background, professional experience, civil rights activism, and personal passion. She’s certainly found her stride sharing her love for the ‘Power of the Plant’ and insists on being a driving force in the creation of a world class cannabis community!
