What is the Quarterly Cannabis Caucus event series?
NCIA’s recurring quarterly member networking event series and the premier B2B event series for making meaningful connections with the industry’s leading executives and policymakers while getting the tools you need to advance the cannabis industry nationally.
Why does NCIA host the Quarterly Cannabis Caucuses?
These events bring together executive level industry professionals, policymakers, regulators, and movement leaders to network, learn about emerging topics in the industry, and plug into NCIA’s efforts to advance the industry nationally.
When and where do the Quarterly Cannabis Caucuses take place?
NCIA’s Quarterly Cannabis Caucuses are held in the cannabis industry’s eight most active regions, on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the first month of each new quarter. Regions include Northern California, Northeast, Southern California, Southwest, Midwest, Florida, Pacific Northwest, and Colorado.

We see a wide-array of cannabis industry professionals and influencers at our caucuses, including:

What is the schedule for the event?
Each event begins at 6:30 pm with an hour of networking. This is then followed by a 30-45 minute presentation featuring NCIA staff and guest speakers. The event then concludes with a final hour of networking.
Who are the typical guest speakers at these events?
Typically our guest speakers include elected officials, policy makers, regulators, campaign organizers, allied association partners and representatives of other industry cannabis advocacy organizations.
How do I register for a Quarterly Cannabis Caucus?

NCIA members will be prompted to login prior to registering in order for their membership status to be verified and complimentary tickets awarded. If you don’t have your NCIA member login information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request and receive.
How much does it cost to attend?
Every QCC is complimentary for current members of NCIA. Additional passes can be purchased for $50 online or at the door.
Non-members may attend if they pre-register for $75, and for $100 at the door.
How many tickets do I receive as a member of NCIA?
The quantity of complimentary tickets provided for these events is tiered based on membership level:
- 2 complimentary tickets for Regular Members
- 3 complimentary tickets for Sponsoring Members
- 5 complimentary tickets for Sustaining Members
What does my ticket for the event include?
Access to the entire evening networking and educational presentations including an in-depth federal policy update from senior NCIA staff or staff from a district congressional office, a comprehensive state and local policy update from a guest speaker, as well as an organizational update so you can keep up to date with what NCIA is doing for you.
Light appetizers are provided complimentary and attendees may purchase drinks at a cash bar.
Do you provide discounted or free admission for representatives of non-profit, advocacy groups?
Yes, if unable to cover the cost of admission and you are are a representative of non-profit, advocacy group then we do provide additional opportunities to participate free of charge. Contact email@example.com for more details.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email upon registering for the event
You should receive a confirmation receipt from email@example.com through our registration system immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.
I didn’t receive a physical ticket upon registering for the event, what do I need to gain access to the event?
We do not print physical tickets for these events and you don’t need to bring anything outside of personal identification to claim your event materials upon arrival at check-in.
I am no longer able to attend the upcoming event, am I able to transfer my ticket to a colleague or request a refund?
Of course! Please make every effort to give us as much advance notice as possible of any changes to your registration but if needed send those requests to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be addressed
I have a discount code for registration, how do I use it and can I use this at the door?
To utilize a discount code enter in when prompted at check-out during registration process. Once successfully input, the discount will be applied to all tickets currently reserved in your order prior to processing your payment
No, discount codes are only applicable to pre-registered tickets and will not be able to be used at the door
When does online registration open/close for the events?
Online registration closes at midnight the night before each event in order to provide our team enough time to get all materials prepared. Unless otherwise notified, tickets will be available at the door for all Quarterly Cannabis Caucus events but feel free to reach out to email@example.com or (303) 223-4135 on the day of to confirm.
