Arun Kurichety

Mr. Kurichety oversees and manages the legal, compliance, and business affairs functions for KushCo Holdings, Inc., the leading provider of ancillary products and services to the regulated cannabis and CBD industry.  As an attorney and trusted advisor on the executive team, he is primarily responsible for regulatory, compliance and corporate governance matters, while regularly advising on capital markets, debt and securities matters, and corporate development initiatives.  Since joining KushCo, he has implemented and overseen the Company’s “best-in-class” compliance program and has worked on numerous industry-first transactions. Most recently, Arun led negotiations that closed the Company’s $50 million asset-based credit facility.

With more than thirteen years of corporate transactional experience from two top international law firms, Arun guided and advised numerous companies in various stages of growth, from start-ups to corporate restructuring.  As a cannabis industry veteran, Arun has been intimately involved in the creation of the legal, regulated cannabis market in California and throughout the country.

Arun is regularly invited to participate on industry panels regarding the cannabis industry and is a member of various industry trade organizations that promote safe and responsible regulations, including the Policy Council for the National Cannabis Industry Association.

Arun earned his Bachelor’s degree (cum laude) from Harvard University in Government and Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in California and Illinois.
