ROB KELLOGG


Rob has twenty years of experience working with businesses, governmental agencies and nonprofits in various leadership and entrepreneurial roles across diverse sectors.  

He is currently the COO of NCIA representing one of the fastest-growing and most innovative industries in America. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of Social Venture Partners Denver, a partnership of engaged philanthropists bridging the for-profit and nonprofit sectors to elevate the impact of social mission organizations in Metro Denver.  

In 2016, Rob founded the Sathi Fund for Social Innovators, a volunteer nonprofit which provides seed grants and mentorship to aspiring grassroots social innovators in Africa and Asia. He is a preceptor at the Watson Institute in Boulder and supports Kanthari and Travancore National School, both based in Kerala, India.  

Rob has served in senior management roles at the Colorado Education Association in Denver and Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. in Washington DC. In 2007, he co-founded a start-up providing ESG risk analysis of foreign public companies to institutional investors which he exited in 2009. His career began in 1996 doing brand marketing for Nantucket Nectars Inc., an all-natural juice company then ranked as the 13th fastest growing private company in the U.S.  

Rob is also active in the social entrepreneurship space, serving as an investor, board member or advisor to several minority owned ventures, including RecycleUpGhana!, Nepal Tea, Canned Goods, Flyer Connect, Nile Farms and Achroma.  

A native of San Francisco, Rob has substantial intercultural experience, including attending a French bilingual elementary school, and living and travel in more than thirty countries. He received a BA in philosophy from St. Lawrence University, an MA in international management from the SIT Graduate Institute and a Postgraduate Degree with distinction in organizational leadership from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
