NCIA’s Equity Workshop Tour (EWT) is one of the most pivotal components of our robust Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program. Our tour stops bring our community together to build in an intentional and impactful manner.
The Purpose of the EWT is to provide an immersive learning and networking experience to strengthen the industry foothold of Social Equity Applicants and Operators.
Members of NCIA’s Equity Scholarship Program receive complimentary passes to all stops on our Equity Workshop Tour. Invitees of our partnered organizations are also free to join us for the workshops.
- Roundtable Discussions with industry experts intent on delivering tangible takeaways.
- Group Discussions with the purpose of identifying synergies and galvanizing our efforts.
- Panels & Listening Sessions designed to deliver impactful information while also providing direct access to influential leaders in the space
- And of course Networking, with a purpose and intention
- Roundtable Topics will include: Brass Tacks of Capital Raising; Building a Winning Team (for capital raising); How to Transition into Cannabis Full-Time; Supply Chain Development for Short-Term Deals, and Long-Term Sustainability
