AFTER MORE THAN 20 YEARS IN BUSINESS, LOCAL BUSINESS SERVICES COMPANY GETS A NEW NAME (Portland)

Change can be scary, it can also be important. After 20 plus years serving local businesses in Oregon, The HR Group/WedoHR realized they’d outgrown their old name, The HR Group/We Do HR and wanted a brand that reflects not only the comprehensive suite of services that they provide, but one that fits the company’s mission and values. After a great deal of soul searching, and to be honest, domain hunting, the company landed on The Caputo Group, honoring the family that built this locally owned, family-run business from the ground up.

“Our family’s name means a lot to us-it symbolizes integrity and hard work; high-quality, trustworthiness-and also a sense of humor,” said Hunter Caputo, CEO of The Caputo Group. “It was important to me that this was conveyed in our new brand. I’m proud of the company my family built, and look forward to sharing our services and story with our community.”

The Caputo Group will continue to offer comprehensive business services designed to save businesses time and reduce expenses including: customized payroll, workers’ compensation insurance, human resources, risk and liability management along with new services like marketing, design, book keeping and QuickBooks training.
