Shauna Blackburn Joins CIS Insurance Services LLC as Executive Vice President of Underwriting and Development and Sets a Course to Launch “CIS Plus+” to Serve Cannabis-Adjacent Businesses Nationwide!

Fort Collins, CO — Cannabis industry veteran and national educator Shauna Blackburn has officially joined CIS Insurance Services LLC (The Cannabis Insurance Company) as Executive Vice President of Underwriting and Development, bringing over two decades of insurance and advocacy experience to one of the most respected MGAs in the cannabis space.

In tandem with her appointment, Blackburn is launching CIS Plus+, a new division focused on providing tailored coverage to artisan contractors, manufacturers, consultants, and other ancillary businesses that support the cannabis ecosystem.
