In an effort to work towards an internationally accepted standards for proficiency testing, AOCS and Emerald have joined forces to provide reports that follow the ISO 13528 statistical guidelines.

The pilot program has several goals including providing more information to participating laboratories, demonstrating competency for accrediting bodies and collecting data that can be used by the industry to make recommendations on testing schemes in the future.

Ken Snoke and Cynthia Ludwig will be discussing the program at the MJBiz conference and NCIA meetings this summer.
