Get in the weeds with UHY as they host their first annual Cannabis Summit

DETROIT, March 11, 2021 – UHY LLP, certified public accountants, the leading service provider in the cannabis space, will hold their first Cannabis Summit virtually, on Thursday, March 25 from 11am-12pm EDT.

The much-anticipated virtual event, titled “Cannabis Summit: Financial and Business Aspects of a Booming Market” will be led by Todd Tigges and Ali Baydoun, the leaders of UHY’s national cannabis practice. The webinar will feature discussions on entity structures that will enable companies to grow, and unintended consequences surrounding 280E for those not properly set up. Bill Secinaro and Rama Gupta of Kapnick Insurance Group will discuss making sure your business is adequately insured at all phases to protect your assets.
The webinar will be extremely useful for owners and CFOs of licensed cannabis companies that are just starting out, those that have plans to continue to grow and expand, or those companies that may be looking for an exit transaction in the next couple of years.

This is a complimentary event, and registration is available on our website. Visit https://uhy-us.com/industries/cannabis[BK1] for more information
