Insurance Coverage Vet Joins Miller Nash Cannabis Team

Miller Nash is pleased to welcome attorney Jodi Green to the firm’s Long Beach office. Green joins the firm’s leading insurance recovery and cannabis teams, providing litigation, evaluation, and advisory services. Before joining Miller Nash, Green was a partner at Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP where she represented insurance carriers in complex, high-stakes insurance matters, including appeals. A prolific writer and speaker, Green is often called upon by news outlets and organizations to discuss legal, cannabis, and insurance issues.

“Jodi is an excellent addition to our team and we are pleased that she has decided to join the policyholder side,” said Seth Row, Miller Nash’s insurance recovery team leader. “As well as being a tremendous litigator, she is uniquely situated to leverage her insights into insurance policy formation and the coverage marketplace to serve as a valuable resource for our policyholder clients. Jodi also brings an energetic and creative approach to staying ahead of emerging issues in both the insurance and cannabis industries.”

About Jodi Green
Green has over ten years of experience focusing solely on insurance coverage, and is familiar with a vast range of insurance forms, with extensive experience handling complex, high-value claims implicating excess commercial general liability and Bermuda Form insurance policies with international arbitration provisions. Green also focuses on the cannabis industry, providing business advice on legal and coverage issues for the rapidly expanding sector.
