Kirk Fredrickson is the CEO of 2ACCEPT, a registered ISO in the electronic payments industry. With a career in payments spanning nearly two decades, Kirk has managed many roles in the industry. Beginning at First Data in 2002, which at the time was the nation’s largest payment processor, Kirk held various roles in check and credit/debit card processing divisions. Furthermore, Kirk has founded or partnered in bank relationships that have processed billions of dollars in transactions and is highly versed in risk mitigation and bank underwriting. This led Kirk to become a trusted consultant and advisor for banks who are interested in deposit relationships or payment processing for the CBD and legal cannabis industry. In addition, Kirk has extensive experience in FDA regulated manufacturing, and holds IP on several OTC drug labels. Combining his background in electronic payments, extensive strategic partner network, and legal partners on FDA matters, Kirk has provided valuable industry and compliance guidance to banks, payment processors, ISO offices, and the NCIA. Kirk works with industry attorneys and executives to help drive the change needed to remove restrictions on payment acceptance for the industries served by the NCIA.
