SAFE Banking Act: This shows how a member of the House of Representatives voted on H.R. 1996: the Secure and Fair Enforcement (SAFE) Banking Act in April 2021, when the bill passed 321-101.

MORE Act: This shows how a member of the House of Representatives voted on H.R. 3884, the Marijuana Opportunity, Reinvestment, and Expungement (MORE) Act in December 2020, when the bill passed 228-164.

Adult-Use Protections: This shows how a member of the House of Representatives voted on an appropriations amendment that would have prohibited the Department of Justice from prosecuting state-legal adult-use cannabis businesses. Commonly known as the Blumenauer-McClintock-Norton amendment, it passed out of the House most recently in summer 2020 by a vote of 254-163. The amendment ultimately did not make it into federal law.
