The Equity Exchange is a monthly mentorship series hosted by NCIA’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee, designed to support social equity cannabis license holders and applicants across the country. Held on the last Friday of every month, these virtual sessions offer free, open access to industry experts, business guidance, and peer connection.
