Don Schaefer recently joined 4Front Advisors to lend his expertise from outside the industry. Don served in the military for ten years in overseas duty assignments, including Desert Storm and Desert Shield. Later, he worked for Hillstone Restaurant Group, developing and improving their already best-in-class training processes. Beginning in 2009, while living in Washington DC, Don expanded the regional gourmet salad chain Sweetgreen from 2 locations to 23 current locations and helped them develop and execute a business strategy to expand into New York, Boston, and Philadelphia. At 4Front, Don is keenly focused on team-building, training, and execution.
