Fitz Couhig was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is a graduate of Louisiana State University. Ski bum, tour guide, software, account management, real estate acquisitions, wetland restoration, project and asset management all led to Fitz founding Pioneer Production and Processing in December of 2013, with business partner and growing expert Sean O’Leary, which is a licensed Washington State producer and processor of cannabis products. Fitz is an avid duck hunter, loves family and friends, craft cannabis, farmed food, craft beer, live music, competitive sports, big poker games, adventure travel, and good books. Currently living in Northern Washington, Fitz is the CEO of PPP, distributing a 10 strain menu to 20 retail stores statewide, and growing.
