Nate Ames has spent the bulk of his career in the energy marketplace in various Director and Manager positions. His professional career is underpinned by his graduate degree in welding and material science from The Ohio State University. He has 5 patents and has chaired several national, international, and government committees.

Nate co-founded Apeks Fabrication over 13 years ago with Andy Joseph. He left the business in 2005 to focus on growing opportunities in the oil and gas industry and returned in 2013 to help Apeks through its recent growth. Nate’s core expertise is materials and system design for energy and power facilities, which align well with the technologies leveraged by Apeks Supercritical systems.
