Tim Keogh is currently the CEO of Coastal Compassion, Inc., a Massachusetts Registered Marijuana Dispensary applicant. Tim has over 15 years of commercial real-estate experience in designing, building, and operating mixed-use waterfront developments. In 2011, Tim became involved in Rhode Island’s MMJ program, working with a network of caregivers and advocating on behalf of patient’s rights. Tim oversaw the implementation of industry best practices including laboratory testing, seed-to-sale tracking, and patient and caregiver training in preparation for Massachusetts’ robust application process. Tim is an active member of NCIA, an Advisory Board Member of Rhode Island Patient Advocacy Coalition (RIPAC) and was recently asked to organize the Cannabis Producers Association of New England.
