Tim Scott is the managing director of Sussex Law Group, PC, a boutique law firm with offices in Denver and Las Vegas. He practices in the areas of business, individual and international income tax planning, exit and succession planning, captive insurance company structure design, estate planning and mergers and acquisitions.

Tim is a trusted advisor to the firm’s clients. He possesses a unique skill set to the business owner, bringing to a client an sophisticated tax, business and estate planning practice to complement the desires, plans and objectives of his clients. Tim has been named a Colorado SuperLawyer Rising Star in 2010 and 2011. He is the Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau, and in 2012 served as a director on the Board of Directors for the national Council of Better Business Bureaus. He has received the Five Star Wealth Manager Award in 2012, 2013 and 2014. He recently concluded service to the Council of Better Business Bureaus, having served on its Finance Committee for several years. He remains very active in the community as a member of the Denver Rotary Club.
