Todd Winter began representing companies involved in the medical cannabis industry in 2008 shortly after the Attorney General Guidelines in California were released.  He has a vast amount of experience in every facet of the industry, from indoor and outdoor cultivation, dispensaries, technology companies, testing labs and edible companies, including two of the largest edible companies in the world. Considered one of the foremost experts in corporate structures, transactional documents, intellectual property and licensing for the cannabis industry, Mr. Winter advises clients on real estate and legal matters from the Oregon coast to Arizona and everywhere in between, including  Nevada and Colorado. Todd is a founding member of the NCIA, and was one of its first board members.
